Hill Security Systems Ltd needs to collect and use certain types of information about the Individuals who come into contact with us in order to carry on our work. This personal information must be collected and dealt with appropriately whether is collected on paper, stored in a computer database, or recorded on other material and there are safeguards to ensure this under the Data Protection Act 1998.

We may occasionally share necessary data with other agencies, for example, to complete the work required by the client, such as to set up and access monitoring services, and provide information to our sub-contractors. The Individual will be made aware in most circumstances how and with whom their information will be shared.

We regard the lawful and correct treatment of personal information as very important to successful working, and to maintaining the confidence of those with whom we deal. Information and records relating to individuals will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorised staff. We intend to ensure that personal information is treated lawfully and correctly and adhere to the Principles of Data Protection, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998.

Hill Security aims never to:
• Hold or use inaccurate or misleading data; neither use data outside of its intended purpose
• Disclose personal data to others except in accordance with its policy and for the work required by the customer
• Sell or transfer any part of its database/s for the purposes of direct marketing
